Desde ent\u00e3o, para al\u00e9m de um instrumento est\u00e9tico, o estilo <em>black<\/em> \u00e9 um s\u00edmbolo de resist\u00eancia e cultura, que marcou o uso do cabelo natural como enfrentamento \u00e0 est\u00e9tica euroc\u00eantrica imposta pela sociedade norte-americana.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Danilo Santana, professor do 1\u00ba ano da Escola Vera Cruz, sabe bem sobre o hist\u00f3rico que seu cabelo carrega. Seus alunos de 6 anos, no entanto, enxergavam o black de acordo com o que conhecem do mundo: \u201cO cabelo do Danilo \u00e9 muito macio! \u00c9 muito fofinho! Parece l\u00e3! \u00c9 sedoso! Parece algod\u00e3o doce!\u201d, diziam, no in\u00edcio de 2021.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cA diferen\u00e7a saltou aos olhos das crian\u00e7as, mas n\u00e3o de uma maneira negativa. Elas eram muito afetivas e elogiavam meu cabelo. Mas a pergunta principal que fizemos foi: voc\u00eas nunca viram um cabelo assim?\u201d, conta Danilo. \u201cPara muitas delas, at\u00e9 ent\u00e3o, eu era a \u00fanica refer\u00eancia pr\u00f3xima com essas caracter\u00edsticas. Abrimos um espa\u00e7o de conversa para refletir sobre esse tema.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para Juliana Parreira, orientadora do 1\u00ba ano, a preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o era que tudo precisava ser feito com cuidado, para que as crian\u00e7as n\u00e3o enxergassem Danilo a partir do ex\u00f3tico, como um objeto de estudo. \u201cQuando as d\u00favidas sobre o cabelo come\u00e7aram a surgir, isso se mostrou como uma quest\u00e3o socialmente viva. Por isso, nos sentamos juntos e buscamos maneiras de tratar o assunto. O Danilo sempre esteve \u00e0 frente das atividades como um sujeito pesquisador\u201d, explica a orientadora.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aos 38 anos, o professor tem trajet\u00f3ria de quase 20 anos na educa\u00e7\u00e3o, a maior parte em escolas p\u00fablicas. \u201cSempre trabalhei \u00e0s margens, dando aulas para alunos pardos e pretos como eu. Fazer o caminho contr\u00e1rio est\u00e1 sendo muito interessante. \u2018Como fa\u00e7o para eles me enxergarem al\u00e9m do cabelo fofinho? Como fazer que eles entendam que eu e meu cabelo temos uma hist\u00f3ria por tr\u00e1s?\u2019 Por isso, decidimos mergulhar nesse projeto, que batizamos como \u2018Cabelos Contam Hist\u00f3rias\u2019.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O que come\u00e7ou com a admira\u00e7\u00e3o pelo cabelo do professor foi se expandindo em uma nova vis\u00e3o de mundo para as crian\u00e7as. \u201cElas passaram a prestar aten\u00e7\u00e3o em outras pessoas que tinham o cabelo parecido com o meu, fosse numa curta viagem de t\u00e1xi ou num passeio no parque. At\u00e9 que, um dia, uma das crian\u00e7as percebeu que meu cabelo era mais comum em crian\u00e7as negras. A partir do meu <em>black<\/em>, fomos aprofundando outras tem\u00e1ticas\u201d, conta Danilo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIntroduzimos a hist\u00f3ria do <em>Black Power<\/em> e, finalmente, algumas leituras sobre preconceito. Parece apenas um cabelo, mas, a partir dele, come\u00e7amos a questionar por que n\u00e3o havia pessoas negras no ciclo social deles e por que eu era o \u00fanico negro da sala\u201d, completa. As atividades a seguir tiveram como base esse questionamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A import\u00e2ncia do professor negro <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir da atividade \u201cCabelos Contam Hist\u00f3rias\u201d, os orientadores do 1\u00ba ano come\u00e7aram a questionar se as crian\u00e7as n\u00e3o conheciam outras pessoas parecidas com o professor. Algumas delas at\u00e9 conheciam, mas, surpreendentemente, n\u00e3o as relacionavam com a figura de Danilo. \u201cConversamos muito com eles sobre isso. Quem \u00e9 a sua empregada? Qual o nome dela? Qual a hist\u00f3ria dela? As fam\u00edlias come\u00e7aram a receber esses questionamentos dentro de casa e foi muito importante a recep\u00e7\u00e3o delas a esse projeto\u201d, diz Danilo. \u201cA minha realidade \u00e9 completamente diferente da que essas crian\u00e7as vivem. O nosso contato amplia a vis\u00e3o de mundo delas.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quem sou eu?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>A professora Paula Tonetto, tamb\u00e9m respons\u00e1vel pelo 1\u00ba ano, diz que as conversas sobre o <em>black power<\/em> ajudaram no estudo das caracter\u00edsticas heredit\u00e1rias dos seres vivos, j\u00e1 que as crian\u00e7as entenderam mais sobre a origem do cabelo do professor. \u201cElas come\u00e7aram a tratar o DNA como a receita do corpo. Conversamos sobre os aspectos biol\u00f3gicos e culturais dos nossos antepassados. Como a cultura tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 passada de gera\u00e7\u00e3o para gera\u00e7\u00e3o? Relacionar-se com os aspectos culturais da sua ancestralidade \u00e9 como \u2018vestir\u2019 seu DNA. Isso ajudou as crian\u00e7as a entrarem em contato com o assunto por meio de jogos, brincadeiras, m\u00fasicas e hist\u00f3rias africanas e afro-brasileiras.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Entendendo a pr\u00f3pria pele<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Numa atividade do G5, as crian\u00e7as tinham que pintar um grande desenho e, para isso, faziam misturas com tinta guache. Uma das varia\u00e7\u00f5es que surgiu foi o rosa claro, e uma das crian\u00e7as disse ter adorado aquela \u201ccor de pele\u201d. \u201cFoi a partir da\u00ed que decidimos conversar com elas sobre o que seria uma cor de pele\u201d, recorda a professora Julia Souza. Junto com a colega Andrea Ravanelli, elas apresentaram leituras como <em>Benedito<\/em>, de Josias Marinho, em que uma crian\u00e7a se descobre negra na batida do tambor do congado. As crian\u00e7as da sala come\u00e7aram a se questionar e entender que, tanto para o branco quanto para o preto, h\u00e1 diferentes tons de pele. No nosso \u2018quem sou eu?\u2019, cada crian\u00e7a pode olhar para si em termos de pele e tra\u00e7os\u201d, finaliza a educadora.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"section\"
